This Privacy Policy describes how the SpinPick mobile application ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our application.

1Information We Collect

Information you provide. Wheels, entries, settings, and history are stored locally on your device. SpinPick does not transmit this data to any server.

Automatically collected information. Like most mobile apps, we may collect:

Device information (device model, operating system, language)
App usage data (crashes, performance metrics)
Advertising ID (where applicable, subject to your consent)

Crash reporting. We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to detect and diagnose crashes. When the app crashes, Crashlytics automatically sends the following to our project: device model, OS version, app version, locale, and the stack trace of the crash. This data is anonymized; we do not collect names, emails, contacts, location, or wheel content. Crash reports are retained for 90 days and used solely to fix bugs.

No personal account. SpinPick does not require account creation. We do not collect names, emails, or contacts unless you explicitly share content.

2Advertising and Consent

SpinPick uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers and limited usage data to deliver personalized ads.

Within the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland: We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain your consent for personalized ads on first launch. You can revisit this choice at any time in Settings → Manage ad consent.

California residents (CCPA): You may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information by adjusting your consent preferences in Settings.

If you decline personalized ads, contextual (non-personalized) ads are shown instead.

3In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive your payment information. Subscriptions and the lifetime upgrade unlock the "Pro" tier and remove ads.

4Children

SpinPick is rated Everyone and is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

5Data Retention and Deletion

All wheels, entries, and history live on your device. To delete this data at any time, open Settings → Clear all data. To request deletion of any data we may otherwise hold, email us at the address below.

6Sharing of Information

We do not sell your information. We share data only with:

Google AdMob — for ads, subject to your consent
Google Firebase Crashlytics — for crash diagnostics
Google Play Billing — for purchases
Service providers strictly required for app operation
Legal authorities if required by law

7Security

We use industry-standard security measures. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

8Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
